About Us

At CORSA, we specialize in helping homeowners navigate the often-overwhelming process of insurance roof repairs and replacements. We understand that dealing with storm damage or unexpected roofing issues can be stressful, especially when insurance claims are involved. That’s why we’ve built our business around making the process as smooth, transparent, and stress-free as possible.

Working closely with TPM Claims, we ensure that every stage of your claim is handled with care, precision, and expertise. From the initial inspection through to the final roof replacement, our team is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship while advocating for the best possible outcome for you.

We pride ourselves on clear communication, attention to detail, and putting our customers first. Whether you’re in Queensland or New South Wales, you can trust that your home is in capable hands.

How It Works

1. Initial Visit, Reporting and Quoting

One of our friendly roof inspectors will visit your home to carry out a detailed assessment of your roof. During this visit, they will carefully document all damage and compile a comprehensive report outlining the repairs required.

We take the time to understand your situation, answer your questions, and ensure you feel confident about the next steps.

Once the inspection is complete, we prepare a detailed desktop quote based on the findings. This quote is submitted directly to your insurance company for review. From there, TPM Claims manages all communication and negotiations on your behalf, working to secure the best possible outcome.

While this stage can take some time, it is a crucial part of ensuring you receive the full value of your claim. Our role is to advocate for you and help achieve a fair and accurate settlement.

2. Transition to CORSA

Once TPM Claims has finalised negotiations and a settlement has been agreed upon, your project transitions to us at CORSA.

We are fully licensed in both Queensland and New South Wales, giving you peace of mind regardless of your location.

To move forward, we require a fixed-price contract to be signed along with a 20% deposit. This allows us to begin the planning phase and secure your project in our schedule.

3. Planning Stage

With your project confirmed, we begin the planning stage.

This includes assisting you with selecting colours and materials for your new roof, arranging certification (if required in Queensland), and ensuring appropriate site insurance is in place.

We will also revisit your property to take precise measurements and prepare for material ordering.

The final step in this stage is scheduling your project timeline. This includes delivery of materials, installation of scaffolding or edge protection, and coordinating all trades involved: including roofing, solar, and plumbing where required.

4. Roof Replacement

Once your project is scheduled, work begins quickly.

Materials will be delivered to your property, and safety systems such as scaffolding or edge protection will be installed. If you have solar panels or rooftop systems, these will be safely removed prior to works commencing.

Roof replacement timelines can vary from 1 to 35+ days depending on the size, complexity, and any upgrades included in your project. While we always aim for efficiency, weather conditions, particularly rain, can impact scheduling.

Throughout the process, we keep you informed of progress and any changes. Clear communication is a priority, and our team is here to support you every step of the way.

Once the project is complete, we ensure everything is reinstated and the site is left clean and tidy. This includes reinstalling solar systems, removing scaffolding, and clearing any remaining materials.
